All orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification.
Each piece of jewellery is individually packaged in a luxury gift box. If your order is a gift and you do not want a receipt included, please notify us immediately.
After dispatch, you will receive an automated email or SMS notification with tracking so you can monitor your consignment journey. Please note we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Warranties
We offer a three-month warranty on all new and secondhand items unless they are sold “AS IS.”
All products comply with Victorian consumer guarantees.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive, inappropriate, or improper use.
Jewellery altered or repaired by another jeweller will no longer be covered under our warranty, as we cannot control or endorse work completed by third parties.
Antique, vintage, coloured stone, and organic jewellery may be delicate and suitable only as dress jewellery rather than for everyday wear.
If you are unsure whether a piece is suitable for your intended use, our experienced team will be happy to provide guidance.
Returns Policy
Exchanges or store credit may be offered when an item is returned in its original condition within two weeks of purchase.
All original packaging, certificates, and valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or unsuitable gifts.
For items with a major fault or significant discrepancy, we may provide a refund, repair, exchange, or store credit in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact the store where the item was purchased within one week of receiving or collecting the item.
Always retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Layby Terms
Our standard layby period is four weeks, with a minimum 20% deposit required. Layby is available on non-sale items only.
Additional discounts will not be applied if an item goes on sale after the layby has commenced.
Layby extensions may be arranged with management, provided regular payments are maintained.
Layby items may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value without extending the original layby period.
A 20% cancellation fee applies to cancelled laybys, so please choose carefully.
